diff\u00e9rents troubles que peuvent entra\u00eener les mauvaises postures prolong\u00e9es au travail, t\u00e9l\u00e9travail, face \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9cran&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les troubles neuro-musculo-squelettiques (TNMS) repr\u00e9sentent la premi\u00e8re cause de maladie professionnelle et d&#8217;arr\u00eat de travail&#8230; <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La posture assis prolong\u00e9e face au poste de travail est l&#8217;une des principales sources de TNMS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quelques conseils de pr\u00e9vention en plus de la vid\u00e9o : <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Pensez \u00e0 faire des pauses toutes les 20-30 minutes et marcher<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Bien vous hydrater <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-D\u00e9tendre les muscles de la face et de la m\u00e2choire pour casser le cercle du stress, ne pas h\u00e9siter \u00e0 faire des exercices de respiration, m\u00e9ditation pour se rel\u00e2cher l&#8217;esprit et se d\u00e9crisper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Changer de positions, vous \u00e9tirer, bouger vos muscles et articulations <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Bougez un peu vos appui sur la chaise pour que le sang circule, pressez vos pieds contre le sol l&#8217;un apr\u00e8s l&#8217;autre<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Placez vos documents entre l&#8217;\u00e9cran et le clavier pour ne pas d\u00e9vier au niveau cervical <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Pensez \u00e0 bien respirer et ne pas faire d&#8217;apn\u00e9e <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Genou et coudes \u00e0 90 degr\u00e9s, les pieds reposent au sol <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Les \u00e9paules et la t\u00eate sont maintenus en position neutre et rel\u00e2ches en bombant l\u00e9g\u00e8rement la poitrine   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Vos avant bras et poignets sont d\u00e9tendus et reposent sur la table <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-L&#8217;\u00e9cran doit \u00eatre au minimum \u00e0 distance de bras pour vos yeux et \u00e0 leur hauteur <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Bassin en ant\u00e9version pour respecter les courbures naturelles du dos et rel\u00e2cher les tensions, un petit oreiller peut \u00eatre plac\u00e9 pour maintenir le
